Lubabyshower.com uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you.

We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO, FPO and International addresses.

Return Policy

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason.

We want you to be 100% happy with the baby gifts you purchase for the new special baby in your life.

If you need to return something, please send an email to support@ lubabyshower.com within 30 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return.  Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

We will accept authorized returns within 30 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Please note, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
